CharterCARE Connect


CharterCARE Connect is a partnership between The Providence Center and CharterCare Health Partners, a hospital network of Roger Williams Medical Center and Fatima Hospital. CharterCARE Connect establishes The Providence Center as:

  • The sole provider of both inpatient and emergency mental health and substance abuse services at Fatima Hospital
  • The sole provider of emergency mental health and substance abuse services at Roger Williams Medical Center
With Providence Center clinicians on-site at Fatima Hospital and Roger Williams Medical Center seven days a week, 24 hours a day, CharterCARE Connect:

  • Provides patients with high quality mental health and substance abuse treatment 
  • Offers patients access to The Providence Center’s comprehensive continuum of care
CharterCARE Connect offers a full array of hospital and community-based mental health and substance abuse services and aims to develop a true center of behavioral healthcare excellence in Rhode Island.
