The Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), and The Providence Center helps families establish connections to community-based programs. These services work with families to ensure that they receive coordinated, comprehensive services designed to address their behavioral health, primary care, and life needs.

Multisystemic Therapy addresses the complex clinical, social and educational challenges for adolescents who have been court involved, have a history of out-of-home placement and/or exhibit high-risk behavior using evidence-based techniques that help families make positive improvements.

Teen Assertive Community Treatment provides daily, individualized, recovery-focused case management and support services for teens ages 12-21 in the Greater Providence area who have co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.

Transitional Living Program is a residential program assists teens who live in their own apartments with intensive case management and support through involvement in clinical, vocational, and educational services. Teen moms who participate in this program with their children receive enhanced coordinated care with the Early Childhood Institute.
