The Providence Center School graduated eight seniors at a ceremony on June 18 honoring the Class of 2014.

High School Team Leader Michelle Hayes remarked on the efforts of the students to complete the graduation requirements of their home school districts, which included a senior project, portfolio and presentation. "It is a challenge to complete these requirements and I am so proud of our students for achieving this success," said Hayes. Students hailed from East Greenwich, Providence, Cranston West, Johnston, Pawtucket and East Providence school districts.

The ceremony continued with staff members making presentations to each graduate. In their remarks, staff spoke of each student's unique skills and talents. Students were described as "supportive," "caring and compassionate," and "outgoing and inspired." The creative talents of students were also noted, including digital art, creative writing and musical talents.

The ceremony marked the end of the school year for the enture TPC School. The school will reopen on Monday, July 7, for the summer session.
